This week is Infertility Awareness Week (April 19–25, 2026).

My heart goes out to every person walking this incredibly difficult journey, those trying to fall pregnant, and those who may never be able to. This path is an emotional roller-coaster for women, men, partners, and entire families.

The constant negative results.

The “one line” that leaves a lump in your throat.

The questions that never seem to stop…

“Why can’t I fall pregnant?”

“Why is my sperm not working?”

“Why can’t I carry to term?”

It can make you feel broken … even “useless.”

You may carry guilt ... feeling like you’re letting yourself and others down.

Month after month brings another wave of disappointment. You search for answers, for hope, for a miracle. You sit in waiting rooms, seeing specialist after specialist, hoping this time will be different. And along the way, the emotional toll grows … and so does the financial strain, for something that is never guaranteed.

Please hear this ... you are not alone.

And this is not your fault!

If you need someone who truly understands, someone who will listen without judgment … we are here. You are part of the Forever Hope family, and we walk this journey together.

This week, we raise awareness.

We see you. We honour your strength. We hold space for your story.
