October Awareness Month

Oct 1
2 min read

Hello October, Forever Hope Family!

May this new month bring good things, beautiful moments, answered prayers, and renewed hope. May you be blessed with the things you have been quietly praying for, and may you find strength even on the days that feel a little heavier.

October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month, and I want every bereaved parent to know this:

You do not have to be afraid to speak about your loss.

You do not have to hide the fact that you lost a baby or babies.

You are a bereaved parent, and you are allowed to grieve. You are allowed to remember. You are allowed to say their names and honour the little lives that will always be part of your story.

There should be no judgement, no shame, and no feeling that you have to face it all alone.

If you are struggling, please know that we see you. We hear you. We are here for you

The Forever Hope Family is a place where you can find support, understanding and a little bit of hope when you need it most. If you have lost your way through the darkness, we would be honoured to walk alongside you and help you find even the smallest spark of hope again.

October also recognizes Breast Cancer Awareness Month and National Down Syndrome Awareness Month. To all the mothers, fathers and families who are experiencing or have experienced these journeys ... we see you too. Your stories matter, your strength matters, and you do not have to walk your journey unseen.

Whatever October brings your way, remember:

You are seen. You are heard. You are not alone. And there is always room for hope.

Happy October, Forever Hope Family.

May this be a month of healing, love, courage and good things to come.
