Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness Month

October is a tender reminder of the silent heartbreak so many families carry. Pregnancy and infant loss is not often spoken about because the memories cut deep, and the heartache never truly fades. For those who have walked this path, the questions often come rushing back: “What did I do wrong? Why me?”

To every mommy wondering those words. I want you to know: it is not your fault, and you are not alone.

💜 You are allowed to grieve.

💜 You are allowed to remember.

💜 You are allowed to speak your baby’s name.

To those who haven’t experienced this loss, please remember that the pain is raw for parents who have lost their “what ifs.” Show compassion. Respect their journey. Be kind with your words.

And let’s not forget the fathers, partners, and families. They too carry this loss, even if they appear strong while holding up the mothers. They deserve to be recognized and supported.

Today, I send love and strength to all who have been touched by pregnancy and infant loss. May we continue to break the silence together, so no one has to walk this journey in the dark.

You are not alone.
