Let’s pause for a moment and be real with ourselves. Mental awareness matters more than we sometimes allow it to.
Having a miscarriage or multiple pregnancy losses can take a toll. Struggling with infertility can take a toll. Walking through a high-risk pregnancy can take a toll. An emergency C-section, a premature baby in NICU, becoming a first-time mother, or simply giving birth… it all takes a toll. Even the quiet weight of baby blues can feel overwhelming.
So many of these experiences ... and more, can deeply affect your mental health. You may feel anxious, stressed, or even lost in moments you thought would feel different. However, in those moments, what you need most is to be seen … without judgment.
Please hear this: you are doing the best that you can, even when it feels like you are not.
Give yourself grace. Give yourself rest. Give yourself love.
Sometimes we become our own harshest critics, when in truth, that’s when we need the most support. In a world that can be quick to label mental health as weakness, many people suffer in silence, and that silence can become heavy, even dangerous.
However, here, you don’t have to carry it alone.
To those facing mental health struggles or even battling addictions ... you deserve patience, understanding, and compassion. Not judgment.
Mothers, fathers, partners … this is a safe space. We are here to listen, to stand beside you quietly, and to support you with kindness.
You are not alone.
You are not judged.
You are strong.
Together, we will get through this.
There are still beautiful things ahead of you.
Don’t quit.
