Gratitude

Today, I want to revisit something I have spoken about before … because sometimes we all need a gentle reminder: be grateful, and practice gratitude daily.


I know that sometimes life feels heavy, and it can be difficult to see the good along our paths. However, even on the hardest days, there is still something to be grateful for, even if it is simply waking up to a new day or taking another breath. Gratitude has a way of bringing a little more light and positivity into our lives.


What am I grateful for today?

That is easy … I am deeply grateful for my beautiful family and incredible friends who continue to support me through both my celebrations and the moments where life feels stuck. Without their love and support, finding gratitude each day would have been much harder.


I am also so grateful for my beautiful son, who makes me proud every single day. We celebrated his 5th birthday in April, but this week is actually his due-date week. Under “normal circumstances,” he would only have turned 5 now. Yet I am so thankful for the journey we have been on, because that was *our* journey. It made us stronger as a family, and it made our love even more special.
