Behind-the-Scenes of Writing Forever Hope

When I first decided to write Forever Hope, I knew it was important for my healing process. What I didn’t know was just how emotional it would be.

There were moments I had to stop for hours… and others where I had to step away for days. Writing a book, especially one so personal, is no easy task. As a self-publisher, I quickly learned that there are many processes and people involved along the way, even when you’re doing much of it yourself.

Balancing home life while carving out time to write was a challenge of its own. Some days it felt like an uphill climb just to get a single chapter on the page. And yes, even a memoir requires research … digging into memories, checking timelines, and sometimes reliving moments you wish you could forget.

Yet, the reward? The “congratulations” from friends, family, and strangers who believe in me. The messages of support. The knowledge that this story … my story … might touch and inspire someone else.
